News media has glamarized true crime in such a way it is in our face and when we once felt immoral has stunted us and made us numb and almost acceptable to these horrid acts. This can be seen in cold blood when the murders take place and groups of people visit the clutters' home. The people are curious on what has happened. Both reporters and the citizens out of curiosity asking questions on what has happened. And also it caused an uproar where the community can't sleep or trust each other.

Do you think that the horror of the murders effected the citizens, or do you believe that it was the shock that they actually new the victims personally that stunned them?

I don't think the people were curious, I think that they were in morning of the loss of a major part of their community and they need answers so they can get closure so they can get through an emotional time.
