I believe there is a time in most people's life, where they understand the difference between right and wrong. That age could be different for each person, and so is how they obtain that understanding. I would say that most people(just my opinion) are not responcible for their own beliefs or behaviors from birth until around age 13, because that is a good estimate for the age of influence in a child's brain. In those years children are taught how and what to believe by the opinions of those around us such as parents, teachers, television, etc. 13 years of age is probably a changing point because that is when the since of right and wrong is starting to become formally developed; however for certain people who grew up around violence and hate, that since of beliefs may take longer or less time to develops their own beliefs.
